Your goods will be unpacked and checked before delivery. Deliveries are generally to the room of your choice with all packaging removed.
If there is likely to be any problem with access to your property by a large van or small lorry, please advise us before ordering.
When ordering you will choose your delivery area from a menu. Your delivery cost, if any, will be automatically generated within our online ordering system. Please read the notes below or telephone for further information.
Important
You will be asked to inspect your goods carefully at the time of delivery. This is very important as any problems which are reported later will be considered new.
Areas A or B
In most cases deliveries to areas A or B will be carried out by one of our own drivers. The cost is based on a one person delivery. With certain items (wardrobes/ large chests of drawers/ larger beds/ some mattresses) he will need assistance. A small charge no more than £25 will be made if you cannot offer or arrange this help and an assistant has to be sent. Approximately 2 weeks prior to your goods being ready, we will book in a provisional delivery date. This is the time to discuss any special needs or assistance that may be required. We will then confirm the day and rough time of your delivery 3-5 days beforehand. Unless yours is the first delivery of the day, you will also get a call on the day from our driver.
Areas C or D
Deliveries to areas C or D may be undertaken by an authorised third-party carrier. This will include delivering to the room of your choice with all packaging removed. They will book in delivery with you.
Areas outside mainland UK
For all other destinations including Europe,Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands & mainland Europe, please contact us to discuss delivery before placing your order.
